Staying at SouthFork

At Southfork Lodge, we believe where you stay should be just as memorable as the adventure itself. Tucked deep in the heart of the Boise National Forest, our accommodations offer a range of experiences for every kind of guest—from cozy comfort to rustic immersion.

Choose from our ridge-top one- and two-bedroom cabins, where forest views meet lodge-style charm. Stay steps from the water in our Payette Flats, a row of modern, riverside rooms that let the sound of the river lull you to sleep. For those seeking a touch of wilderness with a hint of luxury, our wall tent glamping offers the best of both worlds. And for the purists, we offer primitive meadow camping under a sky full of stars.

Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a family adventure, or a fireside reset, there’s a place for you at Southfork.

The Long Table: Lamb & Fire: Long Table Experience

Lowman Days | Saturday, September 5th, 2026

The evening begins with a relaxed Idaho wine and cheese pairing—an easy way to settle in, meet your neighbors, and ease into the night before the fire takes over. From there, the table opens up into a true SouthFork spread, built on abundance and meant to be shared. At the center is a classic crawfish boil—crawfish, corn, potatoes, sausage, and spice—poured out and passed around in a way that invites conversation, connection, and just the right amount of mess. From the fire, huckleberry-smoked ribs and wood-fired chicken bring bold, unmistakable Idaho flavor, backed by cast iron mac and cheese, slow-simmered campfire baked beans, and fresh breads straight from the oven. A mountain-inspired salad with roasted beets, goat cheese, and huckleberry vinaigrette, along with fresh seasonal fruit, rounds out the table and keeps it grounded in the land.

This is not a plated dinner—it’s a shared experience. Food moves, stories start, and the night unfolds naturally around the table. Space is limited and fills quickly—secure your pass and be part of the night that sets the tone for the entire weekend.
