Before You Book: The Need-to-Know

Check in
4pm Mountain Time / 3pm Pacific Time

We’re all about fresh air, flexibility, and fun — but even out here in the Boise National Forest, there are still a few ground rules (sorry, we checked).

To lock in your reservation, we’ll need a valid credit card and a deposit equal to your first night’s stay for each space you book. All rooms and cabins are subject to Idaho’s 2% lodging tax and 6% sales tax, plus the usual nightly rental rate and applicable fees.

Need to make changes? We totally understand — life (and weather) happens. But to avoid cancellation fees, just give us a heads-up as early as you can. The sooner we know, the better chance we have of shifting things around or welcoming someone else who’s dreaming of the river.

We're proudly pet-friendly — just not chaos-friendly — so please take a peek at our pet policy below if you’re bringing your four-legged family members.

Check Out
11am Mountain Time / 10am Pacific Time

Life happens—and we get it. If you need to cancel your stay at SouthFork Lodge, here’s how it works:

  • 30+ days before arrival: We’ll refund your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee per accommodation booked.

  • Less than 30 days out: Your first-night deposit becomes the cancellation fee and is no longer refundable.

  • Within 7 days of arrival: The full cost of your stay is non-refundable.

This policy applies to each accommodation reserved. If your plans shift, just let us know as early as possible so we can help—and maybe even rebook your adventure for another time.
