All-Inclusive at SouthFork Lodge

Let Go. We’ve Got You.

Imagine a stay where you don’t have to plan, coordinate, or worry about a thing—where every detail is taken care of and every moment is yours to enjoy. At SouthFork Lodge, our All-Inclusive Experience is exactly that. Let us be your host, guide, personal chef, adventure planner, map reader—and your partner in creating the closest thing to a perfect vacation.

Whether you’re seeking adrenaline-pumping adventure or peaceful reconnection, we’ll build a stay full of trails, tales, meals, and memories. Unplug the devices, reconnect with those you love, and let the forest work its magic.

We can also help set up additional adventures with our trusted local partners—on the whitewater, on horseback, casting on the river, or tracking big game deep in the forest.

Check in, take in the fresh mountain air, and settle into your cabin, flat, or glamping tent.

4:30 PM – Orientation + Meet the Team
Gather for a welcome orientation with our staff and hosts. We'll walk you through the property, share a little history, and help you shape your ideal stay.

5:00 PM – Choose Your Own Evening Adventure

  • Option 1: Head into the Boise National Forest on e-mountain bikes ride to explore hidden trails and take in the alpine air.

  • Option 2: Hop in a Polaris Side-by-Side for a sunset cruise along scenic ridgelines or down to a quiet riverside lookout.

7:00 PM – Dinner at Timbers
Enjoy a chef-planned dinner in our main lodge restaurant, featuring local ingredients, seasonal specialties, and a relaxed mountain-lodge vibe.

9:00 PM – Evening Hot Springs Soak
If you’re up for it, we’ll shuttle you to one of the nearby hot springs for a magical nighttime soak under the stars. (Don’t worry—we’ve got towels.)

10:00 PM – Fireside Vibes
Back at the lodge, gather around the fire for s’mores, music, and stories. Meet new friends, sip a glass of wine, and soak up the warmth of the SouthFork night.

7:30 AM – Optional Morning Hot Springs Visit
If you skipped the soak last night, now’s your chance. Few things compare to a hot spring dip with morning mist rising from the river.

8:30 AM – Breakfast at The Trailhead Café
Fresh pastries, strong Sonamus coffee, and hearty lodge breakfast fare to fuel the day.

9:30 AM – Choose Your Day Adventure:

  • Whitewater Rafting:
Tackle the canyon with Payette River Rafting Company just 2 miles up the road. We’ll get you to the launch, and your late checkout means no stress on the backend. (add'l fee)

  • Bear Valley + Beyond:
Head into the mountains on a side-by-side or take a scenic ride toward the Sawtooths. We’ll pack your lunch and map out the stops.

  • On-Property Exploration:
Grab fishing gear and hit our favorite spots, hike a forest trail with a lunchbox in your pack, or take the e-mountain bikes deeper into the woods.

2:00 PM – Late Checkout
We don’t believe in rushing out. Take a shower, grab one last snack from the café, and head home full of memories (and maybe a little trail dust).

If you decide to stay with us for three or four days—or longer—you’ll quickly discover that adventure doesn’t run out here.

The Boise National Forest alone spans over 2.5 million acres, offering endless trails, hidden hot springs, secret fishing holes, and small mountain towns steeped in legendary stories. The longer you stay, the more creative—and personal—your experience becomes. Each day offers something new: the river keeps moving, the menu evolves with the season, and live music drifts through the air on warm evenings. And every night, without fail, we gather around the fire for s’mores—the perfect way to end a day well spent.

Best of all, your stay is fully all-inclusive—meaning your meals, guided adventures, gear rentals, and daily experiences are all part of the package. Whether you're hopping on a side-by-side, pedaling through alpine trails on an e-mountain bike, soaking in a hot spring, or enjoying chef-prepared meals, it’s all included. The only things not covered are wine, beer, and gratuity—everything else is simply part of the SouthFork experience. No hidden fees, no surprises—just the freedom to explore, relax, and fully enjoy the wild with nothing holding you back.

Staying at SouthFork

At Southfork Lodge, we believe where you stay should be just as memorable as the adventure itself. Tucked deep in the heart of the Boise National Forest, our accommodations offer a range of experiences for every kind of guest—from cozy comfort to rustic immersion.

Choose from our ridge-top one- and two-bedroom cabins, where forest views meet lodge-style charm. Stay steps from the water in our Payette Flats, a row of modern, riverside rooms that let the sound of the river lull you to sleep. For those seeking a touch of wilderness with a hint of luxury, our wall tent glamping offers the best of both worlds. And for the purists, we offer primitive meadow camping under a sky full of stars.

Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a family adventure, or a fireside reset, there’s a place for you at Southfork.
