November 20th Supper Society Dinner

2025 Supper Society Calendar

Hosted By SouthFork Executive Chef Brian Rodgers

Join us for an unforgettable evening at SouthFork Lodge as Chef Brian Rodgers presents an eight-course culinary journey inspired by Idaho’s wild abundance and the spirit of the Boise National Forest.

MENU: The evening begins with a Huckleberry-Glazed Elk Medallion, flame-charred and brushed with a bourbon glaze, followed by a Trout Rillette of cold-smoked Idaho steelhead folded with crème fraîche and chive. A Warm Fingerling Potato & Wild Green Salad brings local texture and flavor, finished with pickled morels and a warm bacon-sherry vinaigrette, while a Potato & Leek Vichyssoise adds a silky, classic touch.

Between courses, a Wild Huckleberry Sorbet cleanses the palate, leading into the centerpiece: Idaho Rack of Lamb, pine nut and sage crusted, served with roasted garlic Yukon mash and honey-balsamic glazed carrots. A curated Artisan Cheese Flight and a decadent Huckleberry Lavender Crème Brûlée close the evening with the perfect balance of sweetness and serenity.

Paired wines, curated by Hayden Beverage’s sommelier, will complement each course as guests dine fireside in the heart of the Boise National Forest—where every flavor tells a story and every bite celebrates the beauty of the wild.

Reserve Your Seat at the Table

The SouthFork Supper Society will be held on the third Thursday of every month, starting August 21st. While overnight lodging is available, it’s not required to participate in the evening. We do ask that guests make reservations in advance, as each event is intimate and seating is limited.

Reservations can be made by calling the lodge directly or by emailing our team. Each month, we’ll post the number of available seats as the event fills—so don’t wait too long. This is a night you won’t want to miss.

Simply sending an email or leaving a voicemail does not immediately reserve your spot at the table. You will be contacted by one of our staff members to confirm your reservation and discuss any food allergies, party size, lodging needs if necessary, and details about the evening’s theme.

Thanks for submitting!
